Sketching Nature
First off, we sketched rocks, they're nice and simple, just shading angled surfaces, I think it went pretty well.
On the next one, I think I was sketching above my pay grade, all the twists and tangles of the roots made for hard work, I couldn't even tell what I was drawing where a lot of the time. It did turn out better than I expected, even if I ran out of time, but I definitely need to put some work into drawing more complicated shapes.
