Some funky knives and stuff slicing bread on their own. Then this guy comes out of a milk pot and starts smoking the biggest pipe you'd ever see. Pretty cool.

This poor guy is just trying to watch the theater production, but then some inconsiderate lady with a giant lettuce on her head sits in front of him. Lots more shenanigans ensue.

The KKK used the film as recruitment propoganda.
African Americans are portrayed as savages who kidnap women and all that good stuff.
Within Our Gates was made as a response. About improving black schools.
